Possible axle issue?
 

Lately ive been noticed with the clutch pushed in, the truck in neutral and rolling to. Stop sign i can feel like a little bit of a hop, feels like there is a flat spot on a tire but there isnt, it sometimes also does this is reverse, it doesnt do it all the time from what i noticed and i cant feel it once im up to speed

More than likely its your rear drums out of adjustment slight or even worn out completely. Or it could be a u joint check the u joints for play

The u joints are good to go had them looked out while the tranny was out a few weeks ago, i do believe it could be my drums now that u said something last time i was ot on the road i had to slow down quick and the breaks got hot and truck started homping a bit

Possible broken belt in tire :c:
