Heater fan switch
On my 02 Dodge 2500 when I turn on the heater fan I only have 1 speed. That's when I turn it all the way to the right. That should be "HIGH" but it don't blow your hat off. I don't get any blow on the other settings. I lost here. Seeking guidence.

Rocket02,
I think what you might be having an issue with is the resistor. It is located on the passenger side towards the center of the truck under the dash. I have read and have also had this happen to me. But on mine I just lost the number 3 power level on the switch. A quick lite smack and it was workign again. I need to replace it as it tends to continue to cut out. I wish I had a pin point location for you but I am sure someone else will chime in later on. At least it gives you something to start searching for. oudive |
mine did the same. its the resistor let me find the diagram they gave me

X2 on the resistor pack. When I bought my truck I had a similar issue. A solder point on the resistor pack failed, and a strap came loose. I removed the resistor pack, resoldered the strap, and it has been working flawlessly for over two years now. I also had a plugged evaporator, so I removed it and washed it out. Airflow dramatically improved.
