Hey guys just looking to see what you think about this but I have dual 6" miter cut stacks and they are flat black, i was thinking about haveing them powdercoated to match the truck what do you think? I know to each his own and i will most likely do it, however i still would like to hear your opinions.

You can pretty much get them in any color but you have to remember to get the high temp powder which cost alot more then just a normal powder coating job, I was going to do it to mine but decided not to.

I hate chrome lol its to much work to keep clean. When i purchased these i thought the flat black was a finished product but i dont think it is. I want to get a diamond plate cover to cover all the piping and i want it done in a gloss black, and i am thinking about color matching the stacks lol

I say go for it, it would look good. Going to require lots of cleaning to keep them looking good tho.

I am against chrome as well, although I do like my chrome rocker panels. It would be interesting to see how well the high temp powder coat hold up, and what colors would be available. I imagine it could be done in any color.

My buddy and i just picked up his Iron Head frame from a powder coater and i was looking through his color books and well, if you can think it they just about have it lol. Ill probably go talk to him in a week or two and see what he says about it but i hope it works cause i think orange stacks would look sweet haha and i plan on blacking out the back window so i hope it looks good
