99 Valve Seal Busting

im completely lost on this one guys. i have my 99 and at the first of 10 i fully built the engine top to bottom. new everything. when the motor was 6 months old i blew a head gasket (my fault for not retorque the head). it had 4300 mile on it at the time and when i pulled it it had 3 busted exhaust valve seals. so i change them. last night i pulled the injectors and pump off to have some flow match work done and now all but maybe one or two exhaust valve seals are busted. none of the intake ones are though. and the motor only has less than 10,000 miles on it. before i pulled it down it had 160k and never a bad seal. haisley machine did all the head work on it and it doesnt have a big cam in it. anyone have an opinion or ever even seen anything like this. ive built quite a few cummins PS and Dmax engine and never had one do this.

were they factory cummins seals?

ya they gonna get a nice phone call from me monday. and yes cummins oem seals. all i can figure is that they did something wrong. seals that were on it looked brand new when it went to them. they put all new ones on it. decked it and fire ringed it. plus a valve job. and a dang fire ring gasket aint cheap. not counting its a pill and a half to get that head out of the truck...
