Gauge Install

i just recived my glow shift tripple guage and im going to install tommorow. i dont know if i should put pyromiter senser before turbo or after i have a port after in my exaust brake but i think it is better to install before. what do you guys think?

pre turbo is more accurate.

most deff pre turbo on the rear outlets. to get a true reading. rear bank runs warmer and thats what you wanna know. if you put it after your gonna constantly be doing math in your head going down the road to figure "true temp" of the egts. just rememer if you dont have a tapped manifold already to start with a small hole and work up. and coat the drill bits with grease it will help keep most of the metal shavings out of the manifold. what little gets in wont hurt anything..

#6 is you hottest cylinder, as it receives the least airflow. Therefore putting the pyro preturbo, and on the rear "collector" of the manifold will give you the highest EGT temperature.
