When the pump dont turn it wont at all. with bumping key on off, nothin works. But when it does start its fine runs great.. I am so confused on this situation. Making me want to just find a junk yard

 

Have you pulled codes out of it at all, with a reader?

 

I just took it to town. It wouldnt start when I got outside.. I unplugged edge still wouldnt start. So i tapped the airdog relay on the fender and then I dont know if that fixed it or it was a coincidence but my pump kicked on

No, I havent pulled codes out of it yet. Going to my buddies shop tomorrow and use his scan tool

 

Very well could be the relay, or the connections to it.

 

I so hope that is all it is.

 

Relays are definitely NOT a non failing component. I hope it is a relay as well, or even a loose connection.

 

would that make that "no bus" code come up though?? if my pump is not kicking on because of a relay issue???

 

That sure doesn't make sense to me.

 

I had to pull a buddy out of driveway. So just went out there to start it up. pump wouldnt power. so tapped relay for the pump, still nothing. Then i unhooked edge still nothing.. so i let it sit there for a second plugged the edge back in an it kicked on.. I think its just kicking back on when it wants to. Just makes it look like tappin relay and unhooking box fixes it but really its not. Guess ill just have to stop worry about it tonight get some sleep an think about it in morning after i put scanner on it.
