That is enough for sure. Have to ask, all fuses and relays are good?

Just went and rechecked everything pulled the fuel system relay and switched with the horn one and the horn worked. Tryed to crank it and noticed the fuel psi drops to 10 14ish while its trying to crank

These VP44 pumps can be hard to start when there is much pressure in the system. You could try removing the fuel pump relay, and cranking. If it fires either get the relay back in or shut the truck down. #4 in you picture may have an issue. Its a return banjo bolt with a 18PSI relief in it.

Pulled the Fuel system relay tried to crank it the pressure stayed at 3 to 24 while trying to crank and now after replacing the relay the Malfunction Indicator Light is on

made a little video so you can hear what the truck is doing and see the fuel pressure Victor Key | Facebook

Should be able to read presure at filter. Turn engine over but don't keep cranking. Leave key in forward on position. Lift pump should run for aprox 20 seconds, and presure should be between 10 - 15 psi. If not lift pump is bad. Most likely caused VP to go bad as well. If lift pump is supplying correct pressure you can check VP with out a computer. I have seen a lot of them not throw any codes but be faulty. Red rag soked in gas and hold it by your air intake. Truck will start. Pull rag away if truck dies VP is bad.

Then Lift Pump is ok. See if it will run with Gas soaked rag. Hold rag good don't let it go in your turbo if truck starts. Use this or wd40 verses either. If it will run vp44 is bad.
