YES....yes

After a good converter and a built tranny its like driving a whole new truck, and when you start adding power it just keeps getting better.

Sorry about the disapointment, just a guess you were taken pretty bad, I would bet they knew the truck had problems when they sold it to you.

the truck does not have any problems atall. my friend is a dodge mech he drove it today and said i got a still on the truck and that was the way they came from the factory, no power and weak trans. he also said that my trans felt better than most stock trans. but he also drives a powerstroke .

yeah i mean you're dealing with a 160ish horsepower truck or something around there, maybe it was a bit higher but do a few simple mods and you'll be happy, I'd go with goerend for anything you want to do with the transmission, i'm biased towards him cause it's what i have, but when i did have a problem he was there to help me out, so customer service is a big reason i recommend him and his products

I would have to agree with every one else here. Get that tranny fixed and do a little mod to it and you'll be wondering why you didn't have a cummins before. It's not cummins you hate it's the transmissions they use. I'm with ya there People give me crap all the time saying you drive a dodge and I say no! I drive a cummins. If Ford or Chevy had the cummins I would be driving one of those. Good Luck to ya and keep us posted
