No brakes!
I am a recent member to the cummins family and love it, however, i hooked up to the ol gooseneck trailer the other day and shortly found out that i had brakes whenever i applied sudden and steady pressure to the pedal for a short time but as soon as i lighten up the pressure the pedal goes to the floor and all brakes are lost. Talk about some fancy shiftin haha but amyhow, id greatly appreciate any pointers, im thinkin that it may have something to do with the brake booster and the gas chamber on the side of it. Please shoot me some pointers!
May not help, but even with a bad rotor, I don't imagine your pedal should fall to the floor. Plus, if you're finding power steering fluid in the brake fluid reservoir, and you didn't put it there, it sounds like you may have a hydroboost problem.
well...cant remember which is which but if you have a caliper that goes bad on the front or rear dont remember it will cause you to have no brakes.like i said im not sure if its the front or back. or yes you could have a cylinder problem in the mix as well
