Default Do not know what is wrong with truck..Any ideas?

I have an 01 with pureflow air dog lift pump, edge ez, ddp stg 4 inj, bd super b turbo, and exh/air intake upgrades. Here is the problem, when I get on it the tack flutters a little bit and the truck gets real choppy (physically shakes). I through it may be that I was not getting enough fule for the larger injectors so I put on a new filter and water separator. The problem is still there. Any ideas of what is going on, Turbo, VP44?????

I also see you have alot of mods but nothing about tranny work..if it still stock i would take it easy unless u have about 4-5 grand saved up for a new tranny to hold the power..JMO
