Turbo oil leak

Was just wondering how hard it is too change the oil seals on a HX35 turbo. Mine is leaking oil out the middle of the turbo and u can smell burnt oil from the exhaust pipe. Is there a place in edmonton alberta that can do it for a resonable price. Thanks:humm:
