Torque Converter??

hey guys i have a 1998 dodge 3500 cummins 24 valve and its auto so i have a problome the truck wont go over 30 could it be the torc converter

First off you have a 98.5 if it's a 24V.
Is it smoking any? How's the FP?
Does it shift up through the gears?
A bad TC shouldn't affect you getting up over 30mph. Sounds like a fuel problem.

mybe just the whole transmission needs rebuilding, mine went 213,000
