Stock unit lasted 295,000kms. Previous owner cooked it due to a in tank pump and a Edge Juice. IDIOT! When I bought the truck it would easily go down to 0 psi before WOT. There is now 20,000kms on the rebuilt pump, but I think it may have suffered a little damage when he dove it. The FASS is keeping it well fed and lubed now.

On the First with 140k. 02 HO w/ a quad and tapped pump for the last 20-30k or so. 1 dead lift pump that I know of around the 95k mark. So far it is still running pretty good.

Had one vp go at 120K. Bad Lift pump. upgraded to "fed ex" spec vp from oregon injection and fass 150. No problems yet at 200K. Went on two stroke oil ten thousand miles ago and love it. Wish I would have along time ago.

Went through 1 so far. It dumped out on me 3 hours away doing a job and the truck had about 85K on it at the time. Running a factory reman for about 30K now and praying that it last a looooong time.

Just replaced mine the other night right at 126k. Bought the truck used in Oct 09 and had stock lp and press was at 3psi (idk for how long either) Put an airdog on hoping to save it and no luck. Running good fuel pressure now and also 2stroke oil as well hope it goes for 200k. wire tappped and also its a stock HO rebuild. we will see what happens
