This mourning I did the key thing and it gave me this code P1693 .Later on today I am going to try and get a reader plug in .

my book say's "diagnostic trouble code detected in the pcm"

repair-with the drbIII,read and repair the stored dtc's in the pcm
peform powertrain verification test ver- 5 (diesel)

If you want to sell it, my dad wants to get back into a 2nd gen 5spd I am sure he would give you your money back for it...
