hard start in morining only when parked at an incline is my IP BAD?

Ok 2 out of 7 mornings this week My truck has taken like 15 seconds to start. My truck is parked on an incline going up my driveway. Once it get's started, I can turn it off and it will start as normal in one bump. No other hard starts during the day at all or surging. Is ny IP bad? I hope not. Or is my lift pump bad? It never get's colder than like 30 degrees in my area. Any info would be great guys. thanks.

do you smell fuel anywhere? or have any visible fuel leaks? try parking it with the nose face down and see if it starts faster. it could be a cracked fuel line, return line, leaking crossover tube... basically anything having to do with your fuel system should be checked. my old 2001 cummins had a etch in the crossover tube and it caused the same problem you have now.

another thing to check is if you have good voltage while cranking the engine over.
