Dirty Injectors
Not likely, again this very well could be a waste of money, since you are so concerned about me not having a concept of budget friendly advice. $100 is cheap insurance to know what is going on with the nozzles. The topic of changing to a P7100 came up, is that not an expensive option? Second day since my username was switched to blue and I am already getting these comments?
I agree $100 is the best place to start so you are able to rule out whats good and whats bad.
I wasnt trying to bash any one or be disrespectful even know it did sound like it but he was just having bad fuel milege it just seemed that cleaning the injectors and not spending any money so the best rout and i told him that if that didnt work that he then would need to start having stuff tested sorry for stepping on your toes smokem
I just called GCL In Calgary (where I am at this moment) and to test all 6 (clean, Pop test, check spray pattern, check for leakage, take a few apart and do internal inspection, and they will adjust each one to match if necessary) for .5 hr labor. Shop rate is 116.00 per hour.
I can't remember if I am allowed to put these prices on here, but it is to demonstrate that to get them tested is worth the money.
