98.5 24v died. won't start.
dang.... he wants to pull the bed.... the tank is slam full of fuel.... well minus about 3 gal or so.... he dosen't like doing things the easy way. he bought this truck wrecked, the front frame horn on the passenger side was bent around and touching the frame right in front of the upper control arm.... it had been hit HARD..... it sat for a while while he worked on it (the same guy that helped me with my ranger) the truck didn't have a single pannel on it that didn't have a dent, even the new fender on the passenger side had a dent in it....
anyway.... he prolly has less than 2K cash in the truck but has prolly 4K+ in labor and paint.... i'll let him pull the tank/bed and get the fuel leak fixed first, then we'll look into the VP.... i can get one of them done QUICK..... if i can get the same deal on a VP-44 as before Luke i might be giving you a call......

update.... dang fuel sending unit and the pickup tubes in the tank came all apart. fuel pump was just sucking air. fixed it all up and she runs like a champ. fuel gauge works now and the truck fires right up.
