heater controls..shot?

Hey guys, i turned the A/C on yesterday on my way home from work, but i coulndt get the air to blow through my dash vents, it only comes out in the defroster holes no matter where i put the selecter switch.. any ideas?

vacuum problem? not sure on our trucks, but in most cars the selector is powered by vacuum.

Check the Vacuum Lines under the hood. All it takes is a small leak.

Two weeks ago I had the same problem tore the whole dash apart trying to find the problem turned out to be a vacuum hose got pulled loose . Spent 2 hours on a 15 second fix
