Default Clutch slippin or what?

Alright it feels like my truck is cutting out. When Im being really easy on it and slowly accelerating my truck loses power just for like a split sec then recovers it kinda feels like my turbo just ***** out for a sec. I also noticed that when i come to a stop a put my truck in neutral and release the clutch it doesnt come right up like it use to. It just feels kind of lose. Could my clutch possibly be slippin and causin that slight lose of power. When i take it doesnt slip tho any inputs or experiences please

not sure whats causing the cutout...

hard to go on your description but a bad or worn apps will do that search how to calibrate APPS for the info and when you set the initial voltage (somewere arount .5?? volts) then take the throttle slowly to WO and look for a spike or loss of voltage.

the petal problem sounds like its in the clutch slave cylinder check f;luid first its the little res. on driverside the lid is about the size of a gatorade top.

Hope this helps

Anyone ever suffered a bad rear main seal ?

did it ruin the clutch or could the clutch plate and pressure plate be cleaned/reused?

any oil on most clutches means fix the oil leak and new clutch, oil will impregnate the clutch discs and its never coming out of it

Try taking off the Power Puck and see what happens.

well I was looking over my truck yesterday and notice my air filter was pretty dirty. So I took it off and cleaned it and it doesnt feel like its losing power anymore. So that prob is fixed. Now I need to look over my clutch system.

Well the other day I had my truck in second and the clutch pedal depressed when all of a sudden it started taking off. I released the pedal and its like there was nothing there. Meaning my slave cylinder is going out. But they are easy to replace. All I can say is diesels arent made to take mudding. Cuz after i did i started having all these little probs here.
