runnin lights

i want to put some runnin lights on the top of my cab. would this be ok to do, i wouldnt have to worry about water leaking into the cab or anything would i?

there should already be perforated places on your cab if im not mistaken, you'll have to pull down your headliner to see. But if you buy a kit just make sure you seal them or what ever they say to do and you shouldnt have any problems

i just did some yesterday on a 2001 dodge, it was cake walk. just use some rtv to seal the holes.

Go with the ReCon LEDs. I bought two sets recently so I can put seven or eight of em on top of the truck. I'll get pics up b4 too long

x 3 I want to do it too to my Chevy. Sorry to hijack the thread, but does anyone know if the Dodge or Ford lamps will fit properly on a Chev? (the middle light on the GMs looks completely retarded, I want 5 single lamps). :c:

I don't see why not as long as the contour of the light assebly is not extremely different from the contour of your roof
