Ignition Issues

Hey yall. I got a 02 HO with the six speed. I went to swap the old broke starter spacer bro for new one, changed the batter, and a new water pump. Since then i have had some ignition problems or something else maybe...

Narrowing it down:
-starter works awesome, power to the starter, but no power to the smaller wire when i turn the key over to start it.
-traced that small wire up to the back side of the fuse box, un-plugged it and connected it to power with the at run position and boom, the truck fires right up.
-dove into the fuse box and checked the ignition fuses (as well as the rest of them) and all good.
-bought a new starter relay and plugged that in, still no dice. Got my wife to hop in and turn the key while i checked for power going to the starter relay and there is only power going to the left tab of the relay, no other one is getting power.
-checked the fuses in the cab, all of them are good.

I'm literally stumped. I can't see it being the ignition, but maybe i'm wrong. I dont want to have to do something greasy and install a button switch to bypass all that crap. Want to still use the key. Any help would be appreciated!

Just did a little test. I put power from fuse 2 to pin 30 at the starter relay. Put the clutch in, turned the key, and she fired right up no problem... pin 30 on the starter relay.. anyone knows how that gets power? Dont want to start tearing intk this fuse box unless i have to. Lol.
