Update: While the tuner was fried, that wasn't the actual problem. There was a fuse hidden up under the dash behind the gauges that popped. This fed pin 5 on the ECM. Once I gave it power again, it started right up.

I had another truck with nearly the same issue at the same time and that truck's problem was there was a broken wire in the main harness.

Really new to this: What is a PCM and where do I find it ? 2000 Dodge,5.9 Cummins, 5 spd.
