More Codes - Unknown Cause

Ok guys,

What do these mean in combination with each other:
P0238 - MAP voltage too high
P0602 - Fueling (Smarty Code)
P1475 - Aux. 5 Volt Supply Voltage too high - ???
P1693 - DTC cleared in comanion module - ???

I'm a bit preplexed with this latest group of codes, particulary since I have found the bad grounds, replaced mileage of wiring and generally cleaned things up...

Should I be worried?

PS: Before the last long weekend I had a problem with my COMP Box and the lights coming on when the truck was cold and I had to cycle the key a couple times to get it to register. After this effort I thought I had it fixed but now I wonder if I do because it has started to act up this way again? I know the clip to my MAP sensor is broken and possibly doesn't fit as good as it could do but all other points are tight, it is grounded to the neg. terminal and the pump wire is NOT tapped.

Smarty is loaded on 4 and COMP runs on 1x1 to control smoke.

Your help would be appreciated.

Thanks

The Comp problem you mentioned is a known fault with the Comp itself. If you call Edge and tell them about it they will have you mail it in and they will upgrade the programming for free to get rid of this and a few other problems. Your runnin an outdated program version.

As far as the code issues, I would recommend using dilithium greas in all those connections you just fixed. Especially in the MAP sensor with the broken clip. This grease ensures good contact even if the clips aren't making good contact. Also gets rid of any moisture hat may have been locked in their when you plugged things together.

Electrical is a nightmare at best when you start changin out harnesses, so many bad things can go so wrong from so small of things going unnoticed.

Really? I may want to do just that.

Cool. Thanks.

When ya call Edge either have all the info on the tag written down or unplug it and take it to the phone with you. They are gonna want the serial number, version number and I think a few other things off the tag.
