You need air movement through the a/c radiator, does it only blow cold when moving? Or just at high rpm, if at high rpm check charge. If only while moving try washing the radiator a/c radiator also check your engine fan, it needs to spin to push air through the a/c radiator for it to remove heat from the system to make cold air.
