There could be a number of things that are causing that vibration, Broken motor mount, not likely but possible. U joint in driveline, they go out more often then not. Bad alinement. ETC ETC<
The shuttering when you lock up, does it happen like when there are no bumps around? my 99 shutters hard when I hit lock up, and I hit some bumps, I don't have very much weight in the back end so I bounce around a lot.

 

The vibration is only at idle in gear or in not doesn't change it both motor mounts appear to be fine. Motor still runs great and the shutter only happens when I hit lock up and I'm higher than 25 psi I'm pretty sure that is because the tranny can't hold the power.

 

Are you pushing over 350 HP to flywheel? what do you idle at when you are in gear standing still?

 

I have an edge juice w/attitude 150 over stock injetors intake and full 5" exhaust. And I notice it when at stop lights and when just idling

 

so your right there or around there, does your tranny hunt for 3rd and 4th WOT>
And the reason why I'm asking what RPM you idle at is it could be a lot on the tranny to idle at a high RPM in gear
In gear for me I idle at 750 to 8 and I have very little vibration but my buddy has a 99 p pumop conversion and he idles high and has a lot of vibration with a stock tranny, he is planning to replace it, we just don't have time

 

Well what's the right price. I want to start putting together a 2.6 class engine and the 12v is what I'm looking for. But if you want to keep it I totally understand

I could point you in a direction of a 12vavle that has less then 150? If I remember right and it is a grandpa pickup under 12,000$ bone stock nothing has been messed with at all
