2001 cummings pressurized fuel tank

Alright guys new to this have some years of experience on my truck tho. I did a project did turbo, exhaust manifold, turbo, down pipe, injectors, push rods, springs, studs, I think that's all well I bleed her yesterday and took her on a drive to get an inspection. Well when I got out I noticed diesel poring out from underneath the truck. Got it back home and went to pop the cap and the tank is building up a lot of pressure for some reason??? I put a new cap on it last night wasn't the problem also I pulled the roll over valve off the tank it seems to be working right you can even fill it letting pressure out of the tank??? Also I've been doing some research and it says could be injectors not installed correctly I don't believe that's the case there pretty much common sense. Also could it be the crossover tubes maybe the print are bad? Any suggestions would be great need it running right by Monday evening.:argh:

I hate to say it but I would pull the injectors back out and find which injector is missing the copper washer. I left one out once and had the exact same thing happen.

I figured it out I had a bad crossover tube that looked like it was messed up since day 1 of the trucks life. It just wouldn't seal back in the injector right so I was getting high pressure fuel back to the tank. And then found a broke injector hold down. She runs like a champ now
