rusty turbo bolts

I want to replace my downpipe to install my new exhaust but I noticed the turbo flange bolts were a little rusty. Was wondering if I could get any help on proper ways to remove them without possibly breaking tthem Any help is greatly appreciated!!

PB Blaster, WD40. Rust penitrant something that will get in and loosen the stuff up.

Use a welding torch to heat the bolts up if you got one .. That will be lot easer :humm:

I was reading around yesteday and saw where a guy had used a 50/50 mix of ATF and Acetone. Supposedly it works miracles but greatly reducing the amount of force you have to put on the bolt. IIRC they said that to get a rusted bolt with no penetrant took about 500 ft-lbs to loosen, while the ATF/Acetone took only 50-60 ft-lbs of force. Worth a shot with some heat and this mixture.
