Nv4500 down again, cryo treat?
 

Hey guys, i have managed to take the teeth off fith and was curious to know if anyone knows where to get some oem gears and also has anyone got thoughts about cryo treating, or straight cut gears and where to get them. I know with the straight cut it will shift harder but just how much harder? I also know that they will wine but not concerned about that. As for the rest of the transmission i have billet shafts and a dd clutch but just worried about putting fith back in and to have it go again and if not third gear. I kniw a regear would take some strain off the trans but i travel 2 hours of highway each day and thats why id like to keep the 3:55. Any help would be much appreciated, Thanks
