weird horn noise someone please help me out

OK so I have a 98.5 dodge Cummins and when I drive it normally everything runs fine it shifts kind of hard but had it looked at and new servos and everything checked up fine . now however if I stomp on it it makes a weird noise sounds like a horn and I have no idea what the hell is going on anyone encountered this before?

First and foremost, check for boost leaks at all connections between the turbo and the intake manifold. Maybe there is a rupture or tear on one or more of the silicone couplers. Or maybe blew out a gasket(s) to the intake manifold. THis happened to my dads 05 CTD. A piece of gasket, between the grid heater and intake manifold/horn, blew out. There was still a piece visible, that when boost levels were up, vibrated like a reed in a wind instrument, and caused a trumpet type sound. New manifold gaskets solved that problem. Just tossing out there bro. The hard shifting may be another issue tho.

Thanks turned out it was a coupler on the bottom of the turbo! Appreciate the help!
