Default clutch question

hey guys been awhile since my last visit but I have a question about clutch adjustment (if there is one )on a 2002 dodge ram 3500 5.9 Cummins 6 speed, my symptoms with the clutch are I have to push it ALL the way to the floor before it lets me put in gear and putting it in reverse gear is very difficult but when I let out on the clutch it grabs real good I was wondering if this is due to the master cylinder and slave cylinder getting weak ( has not lost any fluid all full) or the clutch is out of adjustment ?
any help would be appreciated thnks

Your clutch should not have any adjustment being hydraulic, most likely is the master cylinder failing to hold fluid pressure. It would be possible to be caused by air in the system, but less likely since you say it has lost no fluid. I had to replace mine about a year and a half ago and it solved my hard shifting problems.
