'99 Ram 2500 Cummins 4wd AT - Reduced for quick sale!!! I talked him down to 7k, is that a good price to buy this truck at?

Looks typical, I would ask about work and service records if possible. Ad says great truck but needs work to be perfect. I would be concerned about the work needed..........Work+ Labor and parts are expensive and sometimes never ending, Be careful or you may be sorry. Good luck.
