Tranny problems

I have a 2002 cummins with the 47re transmission. I was playing around a while back and was power breaking when my truck stalled out. I started it right back up but something is locked up in the drivetrain somewhere. When shifting from park to drive you can feel the truck jerk like you put it in gear but it is still locked up. Anyone have this issue before? Didn't know if it was in the transmission, torque converter, or transfer case. Re-end spins free. If anyone has any answers I would greatly appreciate it. My email is joe3.wilson@gmail.com if anyone would like to send me some information. Thanks

Are you planning on fixing it yourself? Does it stall when you pull it in gear?

If it was something I could fix I was planning to. If the tranny needs rebuilt then no. The truck doesn't stall out when I put it in gear. When I give it throttle it just doesn't move and bogs down like its under a heavy load

What happens if you put the tcase in neutral?
