New clutch won't fully disengage!!!
I just finished replacing my clutch, pilot & throw-out bearings, and slave/master cylinders.
When I went to drive it out of the shop, depressing the pedal fully does not disengage the clutch enough to allow it to fall into gear. If i start the truck with it in 1st gear and clutch depressed, it attempts to roll forward as if the clutch is dragging. So, to clarify, it does disengage some, just not fully and it seems to fully engage.
Shifting is only possible with rev matching and reverse is impossible without shutting the truck down or slamming it into gear.
I have pulled the slave out and noticed pretty good pressure against the piston without even depressing the pedal and have also tried driving fast to see if the clutch slips when fully engaged, it doesn't.
Only thing weird i have noticed is with the slave cylinder out of the way i can pull the clutch fork towards the hole almost as if the clip holding it to the pivot ball fell off, although it feels like it is still on the ball.
If anyone has any ideas, that would be amazing, I really don't want to drop this tranny again!

I had pretty much the same thing happen to me. Did you replace or resurface the flywheel? My rig would go into gear at a stop but had to have the pedal just about through the floor board. Turned out to be a defective pressure plate from center force. Im not sure where you can adjust anything on theses set ups or at least on mine. I yanked the center force and old flywheel out and put in a kit from south bend. Summitracing refunded the clutch like the badass company it is, which was awesome. The new combo has been great.
