Default Timing Cover, What Else?

What els is a good idea to change or play around with while i got this done? I really dont want to see this again.

Bout the only real issues up front are the KDP and all the other bolts under the timing case coming lose, so be sure to check all of em. New seal around the fan opeing in the cover. A good cleaning of the radiator and do any mods on the puke bottle you ever want to do. Guess it would also be a good time to pressure test the inner cooler to check for leaks.

Can't think of much more on the front there.

Check the cam retainer for wear and replace if needed. Might as well swap the cam as well.

Thank you dave and bubba. About swapping the cam, I may save that for a later time such as when i go with the monster. As you know already (dave) the "hammers from hell" i got from my TST. You think a monster would be able to keep up with it?

if ur talking about a pump then it will have no problems with the tst...

Yea...i'm talking about the pump. I'm glad you got yours worked out right. John sent me the pics of the other one and it diddn't look to good. It seems to be running good now based on the Track videos. My friend put the pump on his truck and #6 blew. Piston head was curled under itself. They said that even on 5 cylinders it had more power than ever before. I'll wait till august when i get my other student loan check.
