01 cummins reading no bus... any help??

my 01 cummins reads no bus where the mileage is displayed, over head computer where outside temperature and mpg are displayed reads ccd (Chrysler collision detection), none of the gauges work my fass system wont kick on and its not getting fuel to cylinders 1,2 and 3 wile cylinder 4 gets plenty. could the issue be in the ecm or wires around it?

I would check all connections at the fuse box make sure there are no wires shorting out or open copper

Check your relays. Generally a fuse, but sometimes the relay.
The lift pump is the main clue - you are probably not getting power to
the ECM.
Other than that - check all wiring. I know it's a pain, but one short will
kill the whole bus.

Do a voltage drop test to the pdc with the key on, then move to ecm and pcm power supplies and do a voltage drop there. Agreed that it a likely ecm or pcm not getting a clean 12v. Could also be ground related but I'd check there after the power supply circuits. Could be a short or break in the bus circuits as well, and just as easily a failed computer.
