Default Frozen lines????? Help please

It got cold down here last night so I plugged it in but obviously didn't help the truck crank this morning and died after about 3 seconds and all it does is try to crank but can't. I took my fuel filter off and watched as my buddy turned the key and no fuel came through so does this mean the lines are froze or what? Radiators full and everything. I'm out of options and any comments would
Be appreciated. And if it is the lines I need to know what to do next.

2001 cummins 5.9 24 valve.

I'd probably start there than cus even if the lines are froze the lift pump should still try and feed the filter housing with fuel I would think

Yep I second the lift pump, if no fuel is getting to your fuel filter housing then the problem is most likely your lift pump

How would I test that? I just took my cover of my filter housing and bumped the key and no fuel came through the lines.
