A hub typically as it turned Would likely wobble. It would be extremely rare to bend a axle tube. Have you checked run out and done measurements to determine how much it's leaning?

Only with a tape measure I'm gonna put it on the alignment rack when I get new tires to see how bad it's really leaning i took a tape measure and measured both sides from frame to top of the tire but idk how accurate that really is
