Are they genuine Bosch RV275 injectors?
Also.... How strict is that lower 48 shipping rule?

Their an off brand. It just depends on the shipping price.

Genuine RV275 can be had for less than $150 more.

They will ship in a usps flat rate box for $6 to all 50 states. Re-inforce the box so they do not break out
