Turbo Gurus - - need input

Ok so I'm brand new here been doing a lot of reading and research but honestly I'm overwhelmed with choices as to which way to go with my turbo upgrade
Read a lotof the forums and can't decide which turbo is right for me and my set up
Let'sstart with what i have
2002 Ram2500 5.9 auto
100 over injectors
S&b cold air intake
Edge w attitude programmer
Air dog fp150
Rebuilt vp44
5in exhaust to a box w 2 stacks
Approx 202k miles
10in lift on 38s don't know if that matters

Now I understand my truck has the baby hy35 turbo
I'd like an upgrade
My dreams are a lot bigger than my wallet so I was wanting to swap out for an hx35 or hx40
Something I didn't have to modify a lot but still get a noticeable power gain
To be honest this truck sucks on towing and I don'tttow much but when I do I'd like the power on tap

Plus a little red light to red llight Honda vengeance would be nice
So recommendations?
That KS for taking the time to read this post and look forward to your expertise

Get rid of the lift kit and the oversized tires! Not only will they kill your power but your tranny too. Over time the tranny wears more because of the strain put on it from the shaft angle and the weight of pushing oversized tires. A slight upgrade from stock on the wheels wont show hardly any wear on the gears and doesnt cause power loss. I would say thats a big cause. The hx40 is a good choice either way. Its pretty dependable and tough. You will notice some power change but not so much that your head gets thrown back.

Speaking of forgot to mention that the transmission was rebuilt by previous owner with a stage 2 kit from someone don't remeber who exactly the receipt is at the house and currently not in front of me but I know it has a bullet torque converter and something else
That was done roughly 15k ago
So hx40 is best option is the spool the same as he or a little slower I've gotten 25 lbs of boost out of it so far

We have lots of performance combos on our site. with 100HP injectors the super B is a great turbo

make sure that trans is built first and foremost or you will just break it quicker...

hx40 is not a good upgrade. they are slugs.

better upgrade would be a he351cw or if you can manage a little extra coin, the he351ve + fleece controller so you get a VGT + added exhaust brake feature all in one. (fleece controller controls the vanes on the VGT since your ECM was not designed for a VGT like the 6.7L trucks the turbo comes on factory)

super b single is also a decent charger

Is that a bolt on upgrade no major modifications needed to install it??

they will all require an aftermarket hx40 style down pipe.

the 351's both will need a replacement intercooler boot/tube as well since the turbo outlet is forward facing rather than side exit like the hx and S300's

the S300G (super b single) is direct bolt in other than the down pipe.

specs

he351cw: 60/60/9cm^2
S300G: 57/65/14cm^2
he351ve is very similar to the cw with the exception it is not gated, and the turbine housing and vanes are purpose built to focus exhaust energy on the turbine, and then back away from the turbine when the turbo is spooled hard enough to allow more free flow in the exhaust...

they can also be used to choke off the exhaust as an exhaust brake.
