Keep blowing head gasket need help

One of my rigs keeps blowing the head gasket right in front of the block right by the fan mount by the head. It blows out to be the oil valley? its just gussing oil right out of the head. The head was decked and oringed the last time it happened I put on about 2 hrs of time then layed into it and it blew out again oil everywhere same spot as last time and I put in arp studs to as well, im thinking its time for a new block? im gona rip it apart again and throw a straight edge on it. its a 98.5 24v

did you have the head checked to make sure it's not cracked and it's flat?

also a straight edge on the block is a good idea to make sure it is not warped.

What are you torquing your head studs to?

your super b is the single or the special? and what kind of boost are you pushing with it?

Head was decked last time around this is a different truck than my sig one. It's a 98.5 ppump 24v. Oringed head decked bla bla. I torqued it down to 125 last time with arp studs. This time I went to 145 after doing some research so il have to see this time wat happens. And I never did the hot retorques i only torqued the head down once and drove it

If you don't retorque it, it will blow it when using rings. We let them come up to operating temps then shut them down and retorque. After 3,000 miles we retorque again. Sooner if the owner is beating on it harder than daily driving.

^^this...if the gasket is new and just breaking in, and you have new rings in there...you really need to retorque them.

I run just a stock head gasket, and cheated with mine and only torqued once because when they did my head gasket I had them torque the head bolts to 135#.

I later replaced the bolts with studs at 135# one at a time.

2.5 years later I finally retorqued them again when I did my spring and push rod install. about 1/2 dozen turned a tiny bit during the retorque..

I just blew the head gasket again last night now this time it is oil in the coolant, truck runs fine, I did 3 hot retorques this time as well and had about 600 miles on the truck until I layed into it

Ring protrusion is wrong or an issue with the wire a possibility I guess.

or hes just running too much timing and boost...

:pca1:

makes me wonder how high your drive pressures are on your turbo...

Drive ratios maybe but I've seen ringed trucks run with off the chart timing 25°+ without issue.
