silver66

GeArHeArT 06-11-2013 12:33 PM

agreed. silver 66! you'll love it with that batmowheel

jkidd 06-11-2013 01:28 PM

No need for a batmowheel. if you have an extra $400 to spend, get water meth, or tunnel ram or something else.

Batmo wheel aside would a 64 get to hot

jkidd 06-17-2013 11:18 AM

you are kind of in the middle with 250HP... would you want to max out the 64mm or have a little room to grow on the 66mm?

depends your tolerance for lag and temps (slower spooling means higher temps down low and cruising). depends on elevation, gearing, tire size, lift etc. My preference is for twins above 600HP.

I ran a 64 for years with a setup like that. The 66 will be alittle laggy IMO on the bottom and spool up time wise casuing high egts and high smoke output. The bat mo wheel isnt worth the money like stated above in my opinion. Spend the extra 400 on a good three piece manifold if you dont have one yet or water meth and some airflow stuff. But if you did a silver 64 with 14 housing and 74mm exhaust wheel it would spool nice and still be streetable and run fairly cool as well
