there is a guy here in Indiana that makes ones that look identical to the RBP grilles, he is on craigslist indiana, under west lafayette i believe.. they look pretty good

It was 14-16 gauge sheet metal , 14-16 gauge perforated sheet metal, stainless hardware, make a template, cut it weld it, make holes, paint it. Its time consuming
