Check Engine Light again

So I have posted this issue before, however, the last time my engine light came on I just needed to clean my MAP and IAT sensor. Problem was solved.

Starting a couple days ago, my engine light came back on, but this time I threw:
P1693:Fault in Companion Module
P0236:Map too high
P0234:Turbo Boost limit exceeded
P0237:Map too low

I am not as concerned about the MAP sensor, since i do have an exhaust break and that tends to get dirty.
The Turbo and fault in companion module are scaring me!
I am considering taking off my Edge tuner and my exhaust break and hope that there is a fault in one of those, which is sending too much exhaust into my turbo.
The Edge has two spliced wires, 1 is plugged into another sensor and the other is plugged into my BD lift pump.
Silly question: After taking off the tuner, where do those plugs go?
If this doesn't work, what are the chances I need a new computer?

Thank You!
