Okay if you watch my video it will be a lot easier to understand then me typing it, im not good at explaining things.
*******I WILL HAVE THE LINK UP FOR THE VIDEO AS SOON AS IT UPLOADS ON YOUTUBE.********** Only Codes P0222 Symptoms -No Power -Revs Fine in park -Wont go above 1700 RPM's in Drive -Matted to the floor absoultly no power slowly gains speed. -If you really push hard the tranny sort of slips into a lower gear and revs really high then catches. Only Thing Changed Recently -Put new negative ground post on drivers side battery, started truck and this problem occured. -I did have a p0236 and p0237 code but once I unplugged my quadzilla these went away. -Check ECM ground strap, checked ground off battery's, cleaned posts, grind-ed paint and oil off frame where ground was to make sure it was okay. -3 days before this problem occured i did put a lock up switch on but i had it hooked up right, i had the jumper wire in the transmission relay like it is supposed to be. Not Sure About If I plug my quadzilla back up and turn the power all the way up on a custom tune i have if. I hit the throttle a tiny bit, it gains speed decently, then about 1/4 throttle itll just let go and ill have all the power in the world. Well I shouldn't say all the power but it is definitely working good, it is still not as powerful as that tune would have been before this problem occured, next, the smoke... in drive if i floor like on this tune on level 10 it usually will be crazy but now its hardly any... but if i put her in park or neutral and rev it high she smokes like she used to... |
