Air to Air

My turbo started seeping oil and there is a light film of oil in the air to air. Does this mean that I have to take the air to air off and wash it out? If I do what do i wash it with.

I would consider doing it. Just take it out and run solvent through it so the oil doesn't collect dust. Most washable media filters tend to leak dust like K&N and the rest...
