Cummins running rough

Do you have a good LP and FP gauge? Sounds like the IP could be going down.

Injector damage can occur with this stack if the pressure levels are to high....

Cummins450r 02-21-2013 08:36 PM

Yeh fuel pressure is good Lp pressure?
Ip?

H.R.D 02-21-2013 08:40 PM

LP= Lift Pump
IP=Injection Pump

What TST do you have and what power level do you run it on? Also how do you have it stacked? The TST should be plugged into the MAP sensor then the EZ plugged into the TST's pigtail and then ez plugged into the stock wiring.

Yeh that's how it's stacked. Tst powermax 3
Ran awesome for awhile like this. I'm aware that it runs too hot but I don't tow and I each the gauges real close

From what I have read people who run this stack say to keep the TST on level 2 or below. Any high than that and a lot of pressure is put on the injectors which could lead to failure.

Cummins450r 02-21-2013 08:59 PM

What is the point of the stack then? Mite as well take the edge off and run the tst on 9 way more power than level 2 and edge

I am just telling you what I have read man. I don't stack so it doesn't matter to me.
