NV4500 difficult shifting

I noticed this past week that its getting hard to shift my truck now, any gear 1-5 its a bitch to get it into gear with the clutch if the truck is parked or has been sitting for awhile. now when my truck is off, i can dry shift the trany no problem shifts nice and smooth. could it be my stock hydraulics, i got a South Bend Dual disc street clutch. If anyone had a similar problem please put in your two sense!!! :argh:

Most of the time, being hard to get into gear is a clutch related issue. How old is your current clutch? Also, be sure you have Castrol Syntorque in that tranny and not some other fluid. Even its Amsoil counterpart has been known to cause notchy/difficult shifts over time.

Word of advice. If you wanna save a few extra bucks get valair hydros. I just replaced my sb hydros and they are the same exact thing. I think they are like a 40.00 difference. I think I got mine for 285.00 shipped
