oil leaking out of head gasket help!?

So i got this truck off a trade and its a 98.5 dodge cummins ppumped. its pushing to much fuel so not enough turbo first off. The kid said the oil is leaking from the front of the engine where the head gasket and the fan mounting bracket meet. Im thinking that it blew out an oil galley on the gasket itself and is now leaking down the front of the engine. The oil isnt mixing with any coolant at all.

Clean it up really good then let it run for a while and you might have a better chance of pinpointing the leak. I have seen a leaky head gasket where the coolant and oil have not mixed, so it could be possible.

Timing covers have been known to crack in that location, I have also seen the timing cover bolts work loose and blow the gasket out in that location and cause a big oil leak.
