truck wont shut off when i turn the key off

Default truck wont shut off when i turn the key off

my truck wont shut off when i turn the key off it idles an shuts off after a few i have no turbo timer an i tryed to replace the fuel system relay an it burned it up im clueless on this one an if i press the pedal after the key is off it kills the truck

Do you have a chip on your truck? Edge juice does have a turbo timer that can be set to turn the truck off after a certain amount of time or after egts cool down below a preset temp but if you tap the pedal it shuts off immediatly. I'm sure other chips also have this feature.

it has an edge on it ill have to play with the turbo timer on it

Sounds like its the turbo timer. It has a emergency shut off by hitting the brake pedal.

so how would i go about fixing it mind you this the chip an all was on the truck when i got it so im still learning the ropes with it as far as the chip an timer gos

On the monitor, press menu then scroll down to juice configuration press enter then scroll down to turbo cool down setup and press enter. From there you can turn it off or change the settings. Keep in mind if you do turn it off, that you should always let the egt cool down before shutting it off especially if you've been running it hard. I would suggest you let it cool down to 350 or less.

Which edge box do you have? Juice (with or without the attitude monitor), comp, or ez.

attitude monitor got that fixed it was a bad relay again now it says defueling an cuts out on me when i get on it if i take off faster than normal it acts like it skips
