OK for one DONT use starting fluid it's bad for your motor second is stop driving the truck immediatley until you figure out what's wrong I say this because it sounds like a fuel issue.when's the last time your fuel filter was replaced? If its been over 5000 miles replace it first. So that being said get a fuel pressure gauge on that puppy and see what its running. You should see no less than 10-12 psi at WOT, if its below that you need to replace your lift pump and pray it didn't hurt your injection pump they run about 1000-1500 for your basic pump. What's happening is when you hit the throttle to the floor that sends more fuel to the injection pump/lift pump from your tank and it sound like its not getting it causing it to miss etc. And its basically putting air into your lines. Also you could check your tank for any crud in it.

X2 on checking fuel pressure and not using starting fluid. The grid heaters get hot enough to ignite the starting fluid. This can cause damage to the engine, and more importantly, YOU. It has the possibility to "backfire" and flames will come out the intake right at you.

Also check for codes. Code readers are as cheap as $10, a lot cheaper than a Dealership checking it out.

I changed the fuel filter bout 300 miles ago and it dont show any codes but And it white smokes befor it dies

White = under fueled, or if it smells sweet, coolant.

Idk but it starts frist crank no matter how cold and runs great till you get on it

I wouldn't be surprised if you lift pump is failing, or has failed. Until you check your fuel pressure, you may be unknowingly doing damage to your injection pump. If it isn't damaged already.

I just went and feel a cup up out of the valve on the fuel bowl and it and some sand or somthing in it just a thin layer across the bottom of the cup

That is supposed to happen. The purpose of that valve is to allow sediment to fall instead of being trapped in the filter media. It also provides a place for water to collect. Some of the sediment could have come from inside the hose attached to the drain.
